At Rafa, each piece is thoughtfully crafted and handled with care. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to ensure a smooth and respectful ritual based experience.
Returns Eligibility (UAE Orders)
Customers may request a return within 3 days of receiving their order, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and unaltered
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided
Approved returns are eligible for an exchange or refund to the original payment method.
How to Initiate a Return

Kindly share your order number, item details, and reason for return.
Once approved, a return pickup will be arranged within 2–3 working days from your address.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

All Rafa Craft products undergo quality checks prior to dispatch. In the rare event of an issue confirmed by our team, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refund Process
- Returned items are inspected upon receipt
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, bank details may be requested
- Refunds may take 7–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering
Any exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before processing or dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
International Orders – Returns & Refunds
We do not offer returns or refunds on international orders except in the following cases:
- Item arrived damaged during transit
- Incorrect item was delivered
Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
Cash on Delivery is not available outside the UAE.
